7. Refund Processing

8. Return Instructions

2. Seal the shipment before handing it to the courier.
3. Keep proof of shipment and tracking details.
4. Record a packing video for safety purposes.
5. Ensure all security tags remain intact.
6. Include purchase proof with the package.
7. Arrange pickup through our customer support team.
8. Track the shipment until delivery confirmation.

9. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise specified. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable courier service.

We cannot process refunds for items lost during return transit unless proof of delivery is provided.

10. Fraud Prevention

Any attempt involving tampering, substitution, theft, forgery, or fraudulent return claims may result in legal action and rejection of refund requests.
