Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

CALICUT NAKSHATRA GOLD & DIAMONDS LLP currently delivers to selected cities and serviceable locations across India.

Each order can be shipped to only one delivery address. If products need to be delivered to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed.

2. Shipping Partners

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we ship orders only through trusted and reputed logistics providers.

Our primary logistics partner is:

3. Delivery Time

We aim to dispatch and deliver products within 7 business working days from order confirmation.

Certain products, including customized or special-order items, may require additional processing and delivery time.

If we are unable to fulfill an order within the expected timeframe, the unfulfilled portion may be cancelled and refunded using the original payment method.

4. Packaging & Security

All products are securely packaged and sealed with security tapes before dispatch.

While we take every precaution to ensure secure packaging, we cannot control handling during transit by third-party logistics providers.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier company will make up to three delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the shipment may be returned to our office.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• An incorrect product
• A product you did not order

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund after verification and quality inspection.

7. Insurance & Signature Requirement

All shipments are fully insured during transit.

For security reasons, deliveries require:

• Recipient signature
• Identity verification
• Successful payment authorization

8. Recipient Verification

To ensure safe delivery of jewellery and valuable items, recipients may be required to present one of the following original identity documents:

• PAN Card
• Driving License
• Passport
• Voter ID Card
• Aadhaar Card

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information, including:

• Full recipient name
• Delivery address
• Nearby landmark
• Postal / PIN code
• Contact number

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or failed delivery attempts.

10. Order Tracking

Once an order is shipped, customers can obtain tracking details through their account dashboard.

By selecting "Track Order", customers will be redirected to the logistics partner's tracking page where shipment progress can be monitored.
